Abstract

The solubility isotherms of CoCl<sub>2</sub>-H<sub>2</sub>O-CH<sub>3</sub>OH (C<sub>2</sub>H<sub>5</sub>OH) and NiCl<sub>2</sub>-H<sub>2</sub>O-CH<sub>3</sub>OH (C<sub>2</sub>H<sub>5</sub>OH) systems at 25 °C have been studied. Crystallization fields of the equilibrium existence of the salts CoCl<sub>2</sub> . 6 H<sub>2</sub>O, CoCl<sub>2</sub> . 2 H<sub>2</sub>O, CoCl<sub>2</sub> . 2 CH<sub>3</sub>OH, CoCl<sub>2</sub> . 2.5 C<sub>2</sub>H<sub>5</sub>OH, NiCl<sub>2</sub> . 6 H<sub>2</sub>O, NiCl<sub>2</sub> . 4 H<sub>2</sub>O, NiCl<sub>2</sub> . 2 H<sub>2</sub>O, NiCl<sub>2</sub> . 3 CH<sub>3</sub>OH and NiCl<sub>2</sub> . 2 C<sub>2</sub>H<sub>5</sub>OH have been found. The dehydratation solubility processes of the studied systems have been discussed.
