Abstract

Relations between chemical structure and activity to <i>Mycobacterium tuberculosis</i> have been looked for within a group of the derivatives of 10-piperazino-10,11-dihydrodibenzo[<i>b,f</i>]thiepins prepared by Protiva et al. It has been found that the most reliable results are obtained with application of the model by Free and Wilson. The activity can be considered additive with regard to the contributions of the molecular segments varied.
